Who processes the data

The controller of personal data related to www.aspice.ai is KOSTERSKI ENGINEERING sp. z o.o., Wyspa Słodowa 7, 50-266 Wrocław, Poland, VAT EU: PL8982307447. Contact for data protection matters: contact@kosterski-engineering.com.

Email contact

If you write to us (for example via “Book a pilot call”), we process the data in your message: name, email address, company and content. We do this to reply and to discuss a possible cooperation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation requires and afterwards for the limitation period of possible claims.

Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

We run Google Analytics 4 only after you consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent the page does not load Google’s script and sets no analytics cookies. After consent, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (valid for up to 2 years) and collects, among other things, a pseudonymous browser identifier, pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type and approximate location. The provider is Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw consent at any time with “Cookie settings” in the page footer.

Hosting and fonts

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which technically processes your IP address and request data on every visit to deliver the page and protect it from attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts are served from our own server — the page does not connect to Google Fonts.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Changes

We update this policy when the way the site works changes. The date of the last change is shown at the top.
